Karl Kokomoor

Mr. Kokomoor is President and CEO of DMK Associates, Inc. responsible for day-to-day management of the Engineering and Land Surveying firm. Mr. Kokomoor is further responsible for client contact and development of management methods for the firm.

Mr. Kokomoor has worked in the engineering consulting industry for over 29 years during which time he has served both public and private clients from Jacksonville to Key West, Florida. He is a second generation native of Florida committed to sustainable growth through conscientious design practices.

Mr. Kokomoor has diverse experience in the area of Civil Engineering ranging from structural design of municipal public works to residential and commercial subdivision design and permitting. This diverse experience was derived from years of exposure to many project types existing in the Northeast and Southwest areas of the State of Florida.

Dorian Popescu

Mr. Popescu is a Senior Vice President and Principal with DMK Associates. He has over 36 years experience in planning, design, permitting and contract administration of drainage and transportation projects for the public sector and large-scale land developments for the private sector. In addition, he has extensive consulting experience in wastewater and effluent disposal design, permitting and master planning. He is the vice chairman and incoming chairman of the Sarasota/Manatee M.P.O. Citizens Advisory Committee, representing Sarasota County.

Barry McLeod

As Principal and Senior Vice President of DMK Associates, Inc., Mr. McLeod is in charge of surveying, contract finances and project approach within the  Engineering and Land Surveying firm.

He has thirty years of experience. Eighteen of those years involve coordinating contracts and field and office operations, giving Mr. McLeod insight into overall business, survey and client objectives.

Kreg Maheu

Mr. Maheu is a DMK Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate with over 24 years of experience as a civil engineer covering multiple disciplines. His experience includes both public and private practice.

Mr. Maheu has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering including land development, stormwater systems, transportation, water distribution and transmission systems, wastewater collection and transmission systems, and planning projects as designer, project engineer and project manager. He has extensive experience with local, state and federal permitting applications processes. His experience also includes QA/QC, construction engineering & inspection and contract administration.

Scott Ritchie

Mr. Ritchie is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate with DMK Associates, Inc., in charge of Land Development and Roadway projects for the Southwest Florida Region. He has over 28 years experience in the management, design and permitting of various site/civil projects in both public and private sectors.

Mr. Ritchie has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering including land development, stormwater systems, transportation, water distribution and transmission systems, wastewater collection and transmission systems, and planning projects as designer, project engineer and project manager. He has extensive experience with local, state and federal permitting applications processes. His experience also includes QA/QC, construction engineering & inspection and contract administration.
