Administrative Assistant

This position requires someone who is hardworking and dependable.
Must be able to keep up with several projects from beginning to completion, so being organized is a MUST.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients with their requests, so you must be a detail-oriented individual and learn to ask the right questions to obtain the correction information to set up the project.

  • Assist the manager in preparing proposals for clients.

  • Answering a very busy phone, enter in time sheets, manage petty cash, order supplies, filing, running errands.

  • Prepare correspondence and reports with complete accuracy.

  • The candidate we are looking for must be highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities, ability to communicate effectively.

  • What we don't want is a Rogue Individual, someone who will NOT listen to instructions.

Applicant should have the following qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida Driver's License

  • At least 5 years Administrative Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong team player

  • Quick learner

  • 1 year of Customer Service Experience
