Administrative Assistant
This position requires someone who is hardworking and dependable.
Must be able to keep up with several projects from beginning to completion, so being organized is a MUST.

Responsibilities include:

Assist clients with their requests, so you must be a detail-oriented individual and learn to ask the right questions to obtain the correction information to set up the project.

Assist the manager in preparing proposals for clients.

Answering a very busy phone, enter in time sheets, manage petty cash, order supplies, filing, running errands.

Prepare correspondence and reports with complete accuracy.

The candidate we are looking for must be highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities, ability to communicate effectively.

What we don't want is a Rogue Individual, someone who will NOT listen to instructions.
Applicant should have the following qualifications:

Must hold a valid Florida Driver's License

At least 5 years Administrative Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong team player
-
Quick learner
-
1 year of Customer Service Experience
